1. Processing Time
All of our wall art pieces are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to carefully craft your artwork.
- Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer express shipping via UPS or FedEx, with estimated delivery times ranging from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number or by logging into your account on our website.
4. Shipping Delays and Issues
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Failure to collect the package from the carrier.
We will:
- Contact you to confirm the correct address.
- Arrange for reshipping at the customer's expense.
Please double-check your shipping details during checkout to avoid additional charges.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, as all our products are handmade and/or personalized. Please note that returns or exchanges are not available for custom or personalized orders, including handmade oil paintings.
